nArchitects of New York won the 2004 Museum of Modern Art competition for sculpture and structure for the PS1 Contemporary Art Center in Queens, New York, with a stunning bamboo structural screen.
The exhibit stayed up for about 4 months (It was held over an extra month). At about 12,000 square feet, we believe that it is the largest footprint of a bamboo structure installed in North America.
The bamboo was supplied the the Big Bamboo Co. and Bamboo Fencer was the bamboo consultant.
