Any customer receiving a freight shipment by truck should read this important information.
Fencer Says:
All shipments going to a residental address incure an additional charge of $68. This charge is applied by the trucking companies, not by Bamboo Fencer. Regardless of running a business from your home, any location that does not have a proper loading dock will be slated as Residential. Exception being retail stores.
Unless specified, the truck driver is only responsible for getting your shipment to the end of his truck. Customer is responsible for unloading all shipments. If you are getting large sized panels, we suggest you have at least two able boddied individuals present. Frequently you will have to disassemble the crating before you can unload your product. Fencer suggests you have a cordless screw driver ready.
