Weave Tatami is a grass mat used as a wall covering or to restore old trunks and similar projects. The coin is a US dime. This material does not have a backing. This product lighter than the tatami used to make flooring mats.

Tatami is made from grass. It is tightly woven and has a slight green color when we receive it. It dries to a yellow color slowly. If the tatami is in a relatively humid room it may stay green a very long time. If it is in a very dry atmosphere it will turn yell in a few months. Not surprisingly, it has a grass drying smell until it is completely cured and yellow.
