How do you install the loosely woven panels?

Lampac, Cabana, Romblen, and all the Bacbac mats are loosely woven natural materials. They are not stiff enough to be supported only on the outer edges. They can all be glued to surfaces with industrial adhesive. They can be battened in place with molding or bamboo half rounds as molding. If the battening approach is selected you should plan to have the battens frequent enough to have 2'x2' grid spacing or less. It is easy to move a a strip of the mat materials or fold it back and place a staple behind it. The staple becomes invisible. This is a good approach if you are attaching to a surface that will take staples.
